Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TriVisionTech (“we”, “us”) handles information on the website trivisiontechglobal.com (the “Site”) and in the Android apps we publish on Google Play (the “Apps”).

In short

• You do not need an account, and the Site sets no cookies of its own. What you type or upload into the tools never goes to ad networks. The Site’s pages (guides, Tech Hub, profile pages, listings, updates and the tool pages, below the tool) may show Google AdSense ads, with your consent where the law requires it. We count visits with our own anonymous, aggregated statistics, on our own server, with no Google Analytics or any other third-party service.
• The web tools run in your browser. What you type or upload into them is not sent to us.
• A few tools only work by asking an outside service for data (exchange rates, GitHub, icons). They are listed below, with what they receive.
• The profile pages list free courses from YouTube. A video loads from YouTube only after you press play; your course progress stays in your browser.

1. Who is responsible

TriVisionTech, an independent software studio based in Brazil, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact details are in section 11.

2. What the Site processes

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time). We use it only for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse.

Usage statistics. To learn which pages and tools are useful, the Site sends our own server, for each page view, the page address (including addresses that do not exist, when you land on the error page), the site you came from (only its domain, such as “google.com”) and, when you use a tool, its name. When you click a link to one of our apps on Google Play, to an affiliate or to a sponsor, we record only which link it was (for example “app:app.name”). The server also records the page language, the device type (phone, tablet or computer), worked out from the browser, and the approximate country, worked out only from the time zone set in your browser (for example “America/Sao_Paulo” counts as Brazil) — we do not look up the location of your IP address. We keep only daily totals: no IP address, browser or identifier is saved. To count how many different visitors there were in a day, the server computes a code from the IP address, the browser and a random key that changes every day; the same code, with the time of the last page viewed, is used to count sessions (a new session starts after 30 minutes without visits). At the end of the day the key, the codes and those times are deleted, so visits on different days cannot be linked and cannot be traced back to you. Nothing is stored on your device. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is sent.

Advertising (Google AdSense). Guides, Tech Hub, profile pages, tool listings, updates and the tool pages may show Google AdSense ads. A profile page shows at most two ads, between its sections. A tool page shows at most one ad, below the tool and its explanation — never inside the tool, which keeps working in your browser without sending what you type or upload. Tools embedded on other sites never show ads. On those pages, Google and its partners receive your IP address and technical browser data and may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads, cap how often you see them and prevent fraud. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and wherever else the law requires it), Google shows a notice for you to accept or refuse first; if you refuse, ads may still appear but they are not personalised. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy link shown by the notice and in Google Ad Settings. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

AADS ads. While Google ads are not active, the same pages may show an ad from AADS (aads.com), an advertising network that pays in Bitcoin. The ad loads in an AADS frame, which receives your IP address and technical browser data and may use session and persistent cookies to show ads and prevent fraud, under the AADS privacy policy. We do not show AADS ads to visitors in a European time zone or to anyone whose browser sends the Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal.

Affiliate and sponsor links. Some links are affiliate or sponsor links and are labelled as such. When you click one, you go to the partner’s site, which may record the visit under its own policy, and we may earn a commission or payment. We do not send any of your data to these partners.

Crypto donations. We ask for no data to receive a donation. A blockchain transaction is public and shows the addresses and the amount; we have no way of knowing who sent it.

Group rooms. When you create or join a room (barbecue, secret friend, split the bill, study group, poll) at /rooms/, our server keeps what you enter in it: your nickname, your choices (such as coming or not, your vote, lessons watched, a gift idea) and what the organiser typed (room name, options, date, place and, if they choose, a Pix key to receive payments). Anyone with the room’s link can see it, so use a nickname and do not enter sensitive data. Each room is deleted 30 days after it is created, or earlier if the organiser deletes it. In a secret-friend room, each person’s drawn friend is shown only to that person. We do not store IP addresses for rooms: to limit abuse, the number of rooms created from a connection is counted for one day with a code made from the IP address and a random key that is deleted the next day. Your browser keeps the room’s access codes so you can come back (see the Cookie Policy).

Messages you send us. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we receive what you send (such as your name, address or number, and the message) and use it to reply.

What you enter in the web tools. Calculators, converters, generators, text tools, image tools and the rest process your input on your own device. Images you open in the image tools are not uploaded. We never receive the values you type or the results you generate.

Voice assistant. The assistant (microphone button at the top) uses the microphone only after you tap “Speak”, and only while you speak. Your voice is turned into text by your browser’s speech recognition service (Google or Microsoft in Chrome and Edge, Apple in Safari), under that provider’s privacy policy. The text is used on your device to open pages, search the Site or read the page aloud with your device’s voices; we do not record, receive or keep the audio or what you said. You can also type the commands without the microphone.

Tools that contact an outside service. These tools send a request from your browser to a third party. That party receives your IP address and the details below, under its own privacy policy:

The AI image generator only writes a prompt: nothing is sent until you choose to open it in Bing Image Creator or ChatGPT, and then you are on that site under its policy. The LinkedIn search builder only builds links. Nothing is sent until you choose to open one, and then you are on LinkedIn or Google under their policies.

Course videos (YouTube). The profile pages list free courses published on YouTube by their channels. Nothing is requested from YouTube while you browse the page: a video is loaded only when you press play. From then on your browser connects to YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com, run by Google), which receives your IP address and technical browser data and, once the video plays, may use cookies or similar storage under the Google Privacy Policy.

Profile news. The headlines on the profile pages are collected by our own server from public news feeds (RSS) about once an hour. Your browser only talks to our Site to get them; we send nothing about you to the publishers. Clicking a headline takes you to the publisher’s site, under its own policy.

App images. App icons and screenshots are loaded from Google Play’s image servers (play-lh.googleusercontent.com), so Google receives your IP address and standard request data when those pages load.

Stored on your device. The Site remembers a few things in your browser, such as your light/dark theme choice, the profile you picked, the last tools you used, your best typing-test score, today’s Pomodoro count and your progress in the video courses (lessons watched, weekly goal). It also keeps offline copies of pages so they work without a connection. None of this is sent to us. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

3. Embedded tools

Other websites may embed our tools. The tools behave there exactly as described above. The rest of the page you are visiting belongs to that website, under its own privacy policy.

4. Our Android apps

Our Apps are designed to keep your data on your device. In most cases an App processes your content locally, such as documents, transactions, media, notes or authentication secrets, and does not send it to us or to any server we control. The data each App collects, uses or shares, if any, is disclosed in its Data safety section on Google Play, which is the authoritative, up-to-date source. Google Play handles distribution and installation under Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Why we use information (legal bases)

• Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and working.
• Messages: answering the request you made to us.
• Group rooms: providing the room you create or join; our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (daily creation limit).
• Usage statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding which pages and tools are useful, using aggregated, anonymous data.
• Outside services in tools and course videos: providing the feature or the video you chose to use.
• Google ads: your consent, where the law requires it (you can withdraw it at any time); otherwise, our legitimate interest in keeping the Site free.
• AADS ads: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site free; they are not shown in Europe or to anyone who asks not to be tracked.

We do not sell personal data and we do not build profiles ourselves. Google ads can only be personalised with your consent where the law requires it.

6. Who receives information

• Our hosting provider, which stores the Site, its server logs and the aggregated statistics. The statistics are not shared with anyone else.
• Google, for app images, Google Play distribution, the course videos you choose to play (YouTube) and, on pages with ads, as the advertising provider (with its partners).
• AADS, when it shows an ad.
• The tool services in section 2, only when you use those tools.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

7. How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Our host keeps server logs for a limited time. The daily statistics totals contain no personal data and may be kept indefinitely; the key and codes used to count visitors are deleted at the end of each day. What is stored on your device stays there until you clear it (see the Cookie Policy).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, delete or export your personal data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent.

To use any of these rights, contact us (section 11). You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Brazil, that is the ANPD.

9. Children

The Site and the Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. International transfers

We are based in Brazil. Our hosting provider and the services listed above may process data in other countries, where data protection laws may differ.
