This Privacy Policy explains how TriVisionTech (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the website trivisiontechglobal.com (the “Site”) and the Android applications we publish on Google Play (the “Apps”). By using the Site or the Apps you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information the Site collects
- Messages you send us. If you use a contact form or write to us by email, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) so we can reply.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, plus optional cookies for preferences, analytics and advertising. Optional cookies are only set with your consent through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data on the Site and we do not knowingly collect more than what is described above.
2. Advertising (Google AdSense)
Some pages of the Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. When ads are shown:
- Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure ad performance.
- Google may show personalised ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can review and control this at Google My Ad Center and opt out of personalised advertising in your Google account settings or at optout.aboutads.info.

Advertising is not shown on every page of the Site.
3. Our Android apps
Our Apps are designed to keep your data on your device. In most cases the App processes your content (documents, transactions, media, notes, authentication secrets and so on) locally and does not transmit it to us or to any server we control.
The specific data that each App collects, uses or shares – if any – is disclosed in that App’s Data safety section on its Google Play listing. Please refer to the individual App page on Google Play for authoritative, up-to-date details. Distribution and installation are handled by Google Play, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. How we use information
We use the limited information we receive to: respond to your enquiries and provide support; operate, maintain and secure the Site; understand aggregate usage so we can improve our content; display advertising where applicable; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Hosting – our web host stores the Site and its server logs.
- Google – for Google Play distribution, Google Fonts delivery and, where enabled, Google AdSense.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited time. Cookie lifetimes vary by cookie and are listed in the cookie banner details.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 11. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The Site and the Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. International transfers
We are based in Brazil. If you contact us or use the Site from another country, your information may be processed in Brazil or in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Effective date” above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice.
